Detail of St. Davids Shopping Centre Mural
This mural was created over several weeks by The Swansea Guild of Artists who worked with Swansea's general public over several weeks to complete it. The mural contains imagery from Swansea's landmarks and scenery and can be seen covering old shop fronts in St. Davids Shopping Centre in Swansea today.
Shop Front Murals
There were several murals created for this project. 'The Music Shop', 'The Dance Theatre', 'The Souvenir Shop', 'Swansea Market', and an art gallery all came from the project. This Mural once complete was approximately 40' x 6' and was exhibited in St Davids Shopping Centre from 2003 - 2005. The Project was Sponsoured by The City and County of Swansea and City Centre Partnerships.
